Small dogs are permitted with prior approval, subject to the following restrictions: each dog must weigh up to 40 lbs., with a fee of $25 per dog per night. Restricted breeds include Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Huskies, and Chow Chows. Only dogs are allowed—cats are not permitted, without exception. A maximum of two dogs is allowed per suite. Guests need not arrange separate boarding, as their pets are welcome to accompany them throughout the stay.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment, along with all resort amenities.

Additional Information: All suites are equipped with code locks, allowing hassle-free check-in with codes provided by 4 pm on the day of arrival. Two parking passes will be available in your suite upon arrival. Suites are fully furnished and include essential kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls. For guests traveling with dogs, only our Patricia Grand units permit pets; please inquire for further details. Linens and towels will be provided for each guest, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soap. Additional supplies are available for a nominal fee. Items such as beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but may be rented from beach lifeguards.

Please note, these properties are privately owned and managed off-site. Any questions or requests should be directed to us, as the front desk staff will not have access to reservation information.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order affecting the area, a full refund will be issued; we assume no additional liability regarding the reservation. If inclement weather elsewhere prevents travel to Myrtle Beach, no refund will be provided. We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance, particularly during months with increased risk of adverse weather (such as hurricane season).
